FAQ over SSA

Gelieve onze 'Dealer aanvraagformulier' in te vullen op onze website.

Bestelde goederen die niet beschikbaar en bijgevolg niet geleverd werden, worden automatisch als backorder gehouden.
Indien u iets wenst te wijzigen aan uw backorder, gelieve een e-mail te zenden naar sales@ssa-archery.com.

Om een defect of verkeerd geleverd artikel te retourneren, vult u het bestand 'nieuwe RMA aanvragen' in op uw accountpagina. U moet ingelogd zijn. Geef zoveel mogelijk informatie op. Onze medewerkers zullen zo snel mogelijk op uw verzoek reageren en u adviseren over verdere acties.

Indien u merkt dat uw zending beschadigd is bij levering, gelieve een e-mail te zenden (inclusief foto's) naar customerservice@ssa-archery.com. Onze medewerkers zullen u zo snel mogelijk contacteren om dit probleem op te lossen.

Eenmaal ingelogd, kunt u uw orders, facturen, ... terugvinden op uw account pagina.

Indien deze informatie onjuist is of u wenst deze informatie te wijzigen, gelieve een e-mail te zenden naar sales@ssa-archery.com.

U ontvang een e-mail van de transporteur van uw keuze met uw trackingsnummer. Vervolgens kunt u op hun website, via de "Track&Trace"-functie, uw zending volgen.
Indien u nog vragen of opmerkingen heeft omtrent uw zending, kunt u steeds contact opnemen met ons Administratie team via administration@ssa-archery.com.

Zorg ervoor dat u uw SPAM-map of andere inboxen controleert waar uw bevestigingsmail is terechtgekomen. Voeg vervolgens ons SSA-e-mailadres toe aan uw lijst met contactpersonen als een bekend en veilig adres.
Als u geen e-mail van ons in andere inboxen heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact op met ons verkoopteam dat u verder zal helpen.
